Paying Your Funeral Account
To ensure the process of making Funeral Account payments is as simple as possible for you, we are able to accept payments through a wide range of methods. The most convenient method for most of our families is via bank transfer (BACS) and our bank details can be found at the bottom of your Funeral Account Statement.
We also accept payment via cash, cheque, banker's draft, PayPal and Debit or Credit Card. For payment via PayPal, or for any other questions you may have about your account or methods of payment, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please enter the numbers of the reference from your Funeral Account Statement below, along with the amount that you will be paying.
On clicking 'Pay Now', you will be automatically be redirected to the secure WorldPay payment page, where you will be asked to provide your card, address and e-mail details.

Payments can only be accepted in Great British Pounds (GBP)
We accept payments by bank transfer (BACS), cash, cheque, banker's draft, debit or credit card and PayPal.
It is not our policy to accept any payments from you before the Funeral Service has taken place. You have the right to cancel the arrangements you have made with us, if you choose to do this, any payments you may have made will be refunded in full, except for items or services that are provided on a bespoke basis. The refund will be made within 14 days after receiving your instruction in writing.
Once our services have been conducted, please contact us if there is anything further you would like to discuss. Our Funeral account will be sent to you within 14 days of the Funeral Service taking place.
Payments made towards the outstanding Funeral Account cannot be returned or refunded once the Funeral Service has taken place.
