An Independent, Confidential and bereavement support line for all our families

We are pleased to be offering a bereavement support service to provide additional support for our families during the time following on after the Funeral Service of a loved one. 

At Crescent Funeral Services we understand that once the funeral service had ended, another chapter for those remaining is only just beginning. We understand that for many, this is an extremely difficult time, and we were keen to look for ways to continue our support to our families as they embarked upon this journey. 

For all our families  the door is always open at any time after the Funeral Service has taken place. We find that many of our families do return in the weeks and months following the service, just for a friendly chat and catch up and that they seem to find this a helpful part of coming to terms with their loss.

As part of our commitment to caring for bereaved families, we have teamed up with the National Society of Allied and Independent Funeral Directors (SAIF) to offer further support and advice to people experiencing grief.

As a member of the trade association, SAIF Care allows us to provide our clients with exclusive access to a bereavement care helpline which is  staffed by trained bereavement specialists.

The SAIF Care team is there to offer a listening ear and give reliable information about a range of help and services available near you.
